Talent Sourcing Specialist (6 months Contract)As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will focus on skill sets such as Sales, Non-IT Software Engineers, Systems Architects, Big Data Engineers, Machine Learning and project managers/leads.Manage full cycle recruiting process ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels including job boards, cold calling, and internal referrals to provide high-quality candidates for open positions.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals.Screen resumes, interview qualified candidates, evaluate skill level, manage offer process, reference checks, and make salary recommendations.Partner with Hiring Managers to understand requisition requirements and develop a plan for sourcing candidates across all our functions.Oversee the full life-cycle recruitment and related roles and ensure Recruiting and Interview Team SLAs are met.Act as the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process.Monitor Industry, market, and competitor activities and provide feedback to the leadership.Help drive special projects and recruiting initiatives forward and generally liaising different stakeholders to elevate internal excitement around Recruiting.Required Skill Set:1 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, Sales & Technical recruiting experienceAbility to handle multiple high-priority requisitions at a time across multiple geographies and Hiring Managers.Experience utilizing data and metrics to show results.An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.Demonstrated ability to recruit for all levels of an organization with exposure to hiring from entry-level to senior management positions.Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
