Responsibility: To manage and administer atlassian tools (Jira & Confluence) end to end and play the role of a Product SME by providing end user support, product enhancements, version upgrades, DR exercises, Plugin installations, workflow customization etcMandatory Skills: Experience in atlassian tools administration - jira / confluence· Jira workflow creations, customizations, template managements, administrative support· Atlassian tools DR exercises experience· Basic Understanding and Minimal experience of AWS · Groovy scripting for Jira automation needs· Excellent communication skillsSecondary Skills:AWS - ec2, s3, ALB, NLB, EBS Volumes, AMI recyclingPython and Ansible will be added advantage PRB
