Sales and Admission CounsellorJob Description:Lead B2B and B2C sales in the education space.Package:Rs 5 lakhs per annum inclusive of 15% of variable pay plus incentives.Exceptional candidate may be offered ESOPResponsibilities:Admission Counseling: Provide comprehensive guidance to prospective students and their families regarding educational programs, admission procedures, and career pathways offered by the organization.Sales Generation: Drive enrollment by effectively communicating the value proposition of our educational programs and services. Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.Lead Management: Manage inquiries and leads through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions. Follow up with potential students to nurture relationships and convert leads into enrollments.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, educational consultants, and other stakeholders. Address their concerns and queries promptly to ensure a positive experience.Sales Process Support: Assist students with the admissions process, including completing application forms, submitting required documents, and coordinating admission interviews and assessments.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demand. Conduct market research to identify potential target segments and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, admissions, and academic departments to align strategies and ensure seamless coordination in achieving organizational goals.Reporting: Prepare regular regular reports on admissions activities, sales performance, and market insights. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.Proven experience in admissions counseling, sales, or related roles in the education sector.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.Result-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.Knowledge of the education landscape locally and in the region.Benefits:Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives.Opportunity for career growth and professional development.Dynamic and supportive work environment PRB
