We are a service-oriented team aimed at providing extraordinary experiences to thousands of TJX associates, business partners, and application delivery teams across the portfolio. As a Junior Engineer within our Enterprise Desktop and Collaboration Services (EDCS) team, you will be responsible for achieving operational excellence through new feature and process development within our TJX Collaboration systems. This role will be critical for the continuous improvement, feature development, and secure delivery of high business value collaboration tools at TJX. You will use your Microsoft 365 expertise to shape technical proposals, design and implement new solutions, and deliver large transformational programs for TJX. What you will need:We seek creative, customer-focused individuals with technical expertise and a mindset for continuous improvement. We rethink how software and infrastructure are delivered at cloud scale and work closely with other teams to improve key services. "Must Have's" - these should be qualification that are required/essential to perform the basic core requirements of the role) Subject matter expertise in administration of Microsoft SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams Graph API and PowerShell experience automating Microsoft 365 administrative tasks and reporting. Experience contributing to governance implementation projects related to Microsoft SharePoint Online Experience delivering Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online solutions in a large global organization practicing Agile project delivery. "Nice to Have's" these should be qualifications that would cause a candidate to stand out, this will improve content, not be a wish list for a unicorn)Experience identifying and implementing operational process improvements as it relates to Microsoft 365 History of preparing and updating standard operating procedures and work instructions for support organizations that will support our product. Strong team player with a focus on customer experience.Responsibilities: Participating in projects to further secure the TJX Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online environment. Identify improvements to TJX Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online environment based on experience and industry expertise. Partner with other areas within IT to deliver overall improvements to TJX's operational processes and end-user experience. Author architectural and operational handbooks for documentation and transferring operations from Engineering to Operational teams. Provide guidance as needed to operational teams to support L3 incident management Identify methods to monitor and improve service stability through the reduction of incidents and service disruptions. Maintain expert knowledge in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online changes and industry news. Consult on design approaches for solving visible and complex business problems. . Provides input into design best practice methodologies and standards. Defines standards for specific processes and / or components. Special projects as assigned.Requirements: Expertise in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online systems Experience interpreting functional needs and writing or editing solution designs for new systems, systems changes or system enhancements. Previous experience in the design phase of complex SharePoint Online projects Technology design experience which includes Performance, Security, Availability, as well as Operations, Monitoring and Support. Solid functional understanding of the business processes and systems that benefit from effective messaging and collaboration tools. Exceptional interpersonal skills and written communication skills to frequently interact with all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to effectively work both independently and within cross functional project teams that span multiple time-zones Ability to understand the big picture and the short term perspectives of specific situations Strong problem-solving and analytic skills. Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and DevOps. Ability to alter direction easily to accommodate changing priorities. PRB
