For more details, contact your local recruiter / HR team.The Impact You Will Make in this Role:The Client Services Coordinator for India will be responsible for delivering and supporting IT technology in India for the new health care company. Working as part of the Europe and APAC IT team, the successful candidate will coordinate the provision of end client computing, network infrastructure, enterprise hardware and manufacturing infrastructure. Working with global product teams and managed service partners, the India coordinator will provide IT services to over 2000 users. Some travel between sites is required between locations in India. The successful candidate will report to the EMEA/APAC Site Support Manager.Key Responsibilities:Responsibility for IT infrastructure / End User in IndiaManage a team of outsourced techniciansImplement global IT procedures and systems, working with global support teamsLiaison between site engineering, external vendors and corporate IT teams in relation to service issues, or project installationsLead IT Infrastructure projectsManage IT components of local statutory and audit requirementsEnd User Service project support and deliveryVendor management for local suppliers including mobile telecoms, PC support and network connectivitySkills and Expertise:To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university or job experience equivalent.Minimum five (5) years of professional IT experienceApplicants should have a strong IT background, be comfortable working with different levels in the organisation and able to communicate with both IT and non-IT customers.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Experience working in a regulated environment (SOX, FDA, etc.)Cross-functional IT expertise (applications, security, network and database infrastructure)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to create effective and engaging communicationsExcellent interpersonal and team collaboration skillsCustomer service mindset and sense of urgencyExperience working in a large, multi-national corporationWork location: Work Your Way Eligible (Employee choice to work remote, on site, or hybrid)Travel: 10% expectedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being:3M offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
