Position for Legal- Product Advisory and Structuring

Responsibilities:Advising the business teams on applicable legal and regulatory framework for MoneyView's existing and new productsAdvising the business teams of MoneyView on regulatory environments relevant to the BFSI sector including on data protection, privacy and information securityDrafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts with business partners (sourcing and collection contracts with financial institutions, tech vendor contracts, marketing contracts, payment support services contracts)Drafting and updating the standard form contracts entered into with customers and policies of MoneyView (terms and conditions, privacy policy and general terms of use)Advising on other general corporate commercial matters for the MoneyView GroupManagement of internal stakeholders and negotiating with external stakeholders; liaising effectively with an array of consultants, advisors and outside counsel to manage multiple projectsQualifications:Law degree from a recognized, well-ranked university.Between 4-6 years of relevant PQEExperience in legal drafting, research, and negotiation of commercial contractsStrong analytical and interpersonal skills with an ability to work and take considered decisions. Ability to function autonomously; and to communicate laterally and upwardly with ease.Experience working with the fintech / TMT practice at a corporate law firm and / or as in-house counsel in a fintech is preferred.The candidate should be able to work independently and exercise sound and practical judgment.
