We offer industry-leading compensation and benefits, including excellent healthcare coverage, to our employees.Roles & Responsibilities:Define and analyze key business metrics across different functions within the organization.Apply analytics and data mining techniques to solve complex problems, drive business decisions and identify major gaps and opportunitiesClearly communicate strategic findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadersPartner with key members from technical and non-technical teams to build and deliver dashboards & other requirements.Prioritize and manage multiple priorities simultaneouslySkills Required:You have a Bachelor's in engineering, mathematics, statistics, or any other quantitative field.You have 1+ years of industry experience in the analysis of large sets of data.Advanced knowledge of SQL, MS Excel, and Visualization toolsYou have a high level of curiosity. You are ready to jump into new business problems, understand the landscape, and derive actionable insights for stakeholders.You are highly driven. You have a keen eye for trends and anomalies in data and are proactive in diagnosing the root cause.You exhibit a high level of proficiency in SQL.
