Zemetric will make the ICE-EV transition an easy button for fleet and other customers through a market-pioneering charging technology platform that is highly reliable, leverages grid-edge intelligence, and is truly interoperable.Simplifying transport electrification with pioneering ML-based asset optimization platform & concurrent, dynamic charging technology that disrupts the technical & commercial barriers in the transition to electron-fuel.Location : ChandigarhWork : Hybrid WHAT YOU'LL DO:Work in close collaboration with global QE to deploy a continuous integration and deployment pipeline (that is currently under development)Communicate effectively with Development, Technical Project and Product Management teams on product issues, major and patch releases, quality milestones and feature developmentTrack automation coverageProvide technical mentorship to QE staffDevelop measurement criteria to monitor and drive continuous improvements within the QE teamCollaborate frequently with teams in India outside of US work hourscontrol plan knowledge,SMT process knowledge,PFC,IPCOQC knowledge.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:Bachelor's degree (CS, MIS, CIS preferred) or equivalent experience3+ years experience leading automated testing of distributed systems software, Agile methodologies, preferably in a SaaS environment using Agile Engineering process methodology.Strategic thinker and a problem solver: layer questions and really understand the problem at-hand; understand the business and key drivers for successStrong verbal and written communication skills: proven ability to lead both vertically and horizontally to achieve results; thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, environment and do what it takes to deliver results.Excellent written and oral communication skills, and analytical skillsQA industry certifications a plus PRB
