Position Overview:We are looking for a talented and creative Designer to join our team at Anand Prakash. The ideal candidate should share our passion for innovation and sustainability and be ready to contribute to our mission of bringing extraordinary designs to life. The Designer we are looking for should have a keen eye for detail, an out-of-the-box thinker, a passion for luxury design and the ability to transform conceptual ideas into visually stunning products. As a Designer, you will work closely with our team to develop innovative designs that reflect the essence of our brand and resonate with our discerning clientele.Duties & Responsibilities:Conceptualise and develop stories and designs for luxury stationery, home decor, and lifestyle products.Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and explore design concepts that align with brand identity and market trends.Create catalogues of luxury products along with the sales team.Create detailed sketches, renderings, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.Research materials, techniques, and production processes to ensure the quality and integrity of the final product.Work closely with artisans and craftsmen to oversee the production process and maintain design integrity.Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to enhance design capabilities continually.Participate in design presentations, critiques, and reviews to solicit feedback and refine design concepts.Work with a super-skilled team spread across the country with over 20 years of experience in art and craft.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Design3-4 years of experience in luxury product design, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Corel DRAW.Strong sketching and rendering skills with the ability to communicate design concepts visually.Ability to create luxury product catalogues to assist the sales team.Excellent understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and production techniques.A passion for luxury design, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Strong communication and presentation skills.Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects demonstrating creativity, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.What we offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageHealth InsuranceOpportunity to work with prestigious clients, institutions, and organizationsA creative, inclusive and dynamic working environmentOpportunity for career growth and developmentWork with the founder, Anand PrakashJoin our team at Anand Prakash and be part of a legacy of luxury craftsmanship and design excellence.
