We are dedicated to making the law accessible to everyday people through our unique approach, including Google Meet/Zoom, and 24/7 legal support.About the Role : We are looking for an IT Administrator to maintain, upgrade, and manage our software, hardware, and networks. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should be able to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot issues with software and hardware like computers, printers, and peripheral equipmentResponsible for System installation and configuration managementResponsibility for the on- and off-boarding of our employees (creating accounts, assigning licenses, setting up the hardware as well as taking care of its hand-out and return, documentation)Administer and Maintain the IT inventory and document the asset detailsCoordinate with departments and implement all network and system hardware and software and administer all operations. Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.Upgrade systems with new releases and models.Ensure Security of Data, Network Access, and Backup SystemsRequirement :Any Bachelor's degree with 0 - 2 years of experienceKnowledge of operating systems including Mac, Linux, and Windows OSKnowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recoveryKnowledge of Firewall, resolve IT support requestBenefits :As per the Company std.
