About the candidate - An Ideal candidate should have a bachelor's OR postgraduate degree with 5+ years of experience in Power BI reports development. Candidate should have strong team management, stakeholder management, and coordination skills, and a basic understanding of data modeling tools like R and Python will be a plus. Key Competencies - 1. Gather requirements from internal stakeholders, and design and develop Power BI dashboards as per committed timelines.2. Mentor junior team members on Power BI report development projects and share best practices.3. Stay on top of the key business metrics, analyze them, and provide actionable business insights to help improve business outcomes.4. Maintain project documentation, drive process compliance, and knowledge sharing to improve productivity and BI adoption.5. Work with the IT and Business Solution team to develop data automation solutions.6. Support various business teams and initiatives with data analysis.7.
