We are committed to creating a safe and efficient online gaming environment.Position SummaryDriffle is seeking a seasoned Senior Payments Compliance Officer to lead our efforts in ensuring all payment operations adhere to the highest standards of regulatory and legal compliance. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in payment compliance, preferably within the e-commerce or digital marketplace sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing compliance policies, conducting risk assessments, and managing relationships with payment service providers and regulatory bodies.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive payments compliance program, including policies, procedures, and risk assessments, tailored to the unique needs of the e-commerce and digital gaming marketplace.Monitor and analyze changes in payment compliance laws and regulations, assess their impact on Driffle's operations, and ensure timely and effective implementation of required changes.Lead internal audits and risk assessments related to payments compliance, identifying potential areas of vulnerability and risk; develop and implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues.Serve as the primary compliance contact for all payment processors, gateways, and financial institutions, ensuring that Driffle's payment operations meet contractual and regulatory obligations.Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management and cross-functional teams on payment compliance matters, including new initiatives and product launches.Design and deliver training programs on payment compliance to Driffle staff, enhancing awareness and understanding of relevant laws and regulations.Prepare and submit all necessary compliance reports and documentation to regulatory bodies as required.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 7 years of experience in a payments compliance role, with a proven track record in the e-commerce, fintech, or digital marketplace industry.Comprehensive knowledge of international and regional payment compliance regulations, including but not limited to PSD2, GDPR, AML/CFT directives, and PCI DSS.Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing complex compliance projects and cross-functional teams.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including regulatory bodies.A genuine passion for the gaming industry and a commitment to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices.What We OfferA challenging and rewarding role at one of the most dynamic companies in the digital gaming marketplace.Competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with experience and qualifications.Opportunities for professional development and growth within a global and diverse team.A creative and collaborative work environment, where innovation and ideas are always encouraged.
