ServiceNow Architect

Job Summary: The candidate should be an engineering graduate/postgraduate from reputed institute and worked in IT software development related streams. This role will be responsible for working with business stakeholders to analyse and review detailed business and technical requirements and design, implement technical solutions using the Service Now platform - primarily the modules being ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, CMDB, CSDM, and Enterprise System Integrations. The ideal candidate has strong technical, analytical skills, thinks "outside the box", and is naturally curious, highly collaborative, and has a passion for tackling complex problems.Job Description:Serve as a technical expert on ServiceNow platform implementation, designing, developing, and implementing solutions in line with customer requirements and best practices. Modules include ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, CMDB, CSDM & system integrations.Work closely with the customer to understand their business needs, requirements, and objectives, and translate them into technical solutions leveraging ServiceNow.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design, technical specifications, and project plans. Prepare HLD/LLD, architecture design, technical documentations (TDD) as specified and as internally requiredCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow solutions into the customer's business processes and systems.Conduct technical assessments of ServiceNow and its associated technologies to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions.Keep up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow products, features, and trends, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.Mentor junior team members and provide guidance and support as needed.Work closely with Business stakeholders & SMEs through demonstrations and workshops.Configure modules, develop custom solutions as required through scripting and software developmentWork with platform team to update technology direction and strategy, Manage BAU tasks.Provide value-based assessments and workshops to help the maximize business results from ServiceNow software.Profile Description:At least 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and architecting ServiceNow solutions. Must have played architect role in E2E execution of at least 3-4 ServiceNow projects.Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, architecture, and design patterns.Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, CMDB, SecOps.Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other third-party applications. Knowledge of REST/SOAP.Development experience in scripting, unit testing of NOW platform features. Strong competency in Java and Java Script based server side and UX technologies.Exposure to configuring UI Actions/ UI Policy ACL, etc. Hands-on with Angular based Client-side & Server-side scripts, Business Rules, Glide Scripting, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, JSON Web technologies.Well versed with Performance Analytics, Predictive Intelligence and designing KPI driven Reporting & Dashboards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Manage application code, user interfaces, and integration components.Create and maintain necessary development documentation-project plan, technical design, developer notes, user manual etc. Desired Credentials / Knowledge:Mandatory to have ServiceNow CAD / CIS or CSA Certification CTA, CMA is preferred but optionalExposure to Agile, Scaled Agile, Design Thinking, Design Patterns ITIL Certified PRB
