Minimum work experience Required:More than 4 years of experience in the IT industry.3 yrs Relevant ServiceNow experienceServiceNow knowledge in areas - CMDB, HRSD/ CSM/ FSM/ ITSM/ ITOM (Discovery, ServiceMapping, Performance Analytics) and Custom application development, and integration.Experience as a developer is must.Mandatory Skills:Hands-on experience in Service Oriented Architecture and modules like- CMDB, HRSD, CSM,Deep experience with ServiceNow are mandatory with accreditations covering the full range of ServiceNow products.You would also provide technology consultation and assist in defining scope and sizing of work.Experience in designing high level and low level documents is a plusGood understanding of SDLC is a pre-requisiteAwareness of latest technologies and trendsYou would implement solutions, create technology differentiation.
