Beyond this, CIO is also reshaping its model where DFE will take an important stake in building omnichannel accesses on each step of a unique Customer Journey :Objective of the rôle : deliver the technical and organizational roadmap of his perimeter: evolutions, integrations, migrations, decommissioning, reorganizationenhance the quality, standardization and reusability of components applying best development practices and anticipating of future usageraise the customer satisfaction of the showcase portals and e-commerce/marketplace assetskeep an eye on the work atmosphere and manage the strong evolution of competencies that will mobilize the teams and recreate social linkResponsibilities : As an e-commerce and marketplace Director you will have in charge a portfolio all the showcase websites of Orange Business (Digital Territory) and of all the e-commerce assets for our customers and their users.You will evolve quickly the perimeter integrating new ambitions and features like IAM, Micro-Front-Ends, search engine, and marketplace, …Your first objective will be to take the lead on starting up quickly the activity in India in relation with all the management structures and colleagues in France.Main tasks will be recruiting an internal tiger team of 10 best IT e-commerce profiles on the Indian market and to strongly partnering with our System Integrator locally.Your role is to ensure the quality of deliveries and to stick to customer tendencies to catch all the digital value of our dynamic market.The mastering in production and the agile integration of our partners will rely on good relationships with key internal counterpartsYou will be assisted by a team of technical leaders defining the framework and the methods of development in Opensource to enhance the quality and mastering of deliverables, velocity of the team and users satisfaction.You will also participate to technology watch and make your team participate to tests of new system proposed by the DA.
