Information Technology Procurement Manager

Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Procurement Manager to join our team. The IT Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing the procurement process for all IT-related goods and services, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT hardware, software, and services procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's IT needs while optimizing cost, quality, and delivery timelines.and evaluate potential IT vendors, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term relationships to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality products and services.with internal stakeholders, including IT, finance, and legal teams, to understand business requirements and develop procurement plans aligned with organizational goals.the end-to-end procurement process, including requisition review, purchase order creation, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier performance evaluation.market trends and industry developments to identify cost-saving opportunities, new technologies, and innovative solutions that enhance the company's IT capabilities.compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements throughout the procurement process.and report key procurement metrics, such as cost savings, vendor performance, and contract compliance, to management on a regular basis.any issues or disputes with vendors related to pricing, delivery, quality, or contract terms in a timely and efficient manner.abreast of best practices in IT procurement and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.annual budget for IT procurement activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial guidelines.and deliver weekly and monthly procurement reports to management, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.regular vendor reviews to evaluate performance, address issues, and identify opportunities for collaboration and improvement.support for internal and external audits related to procurement activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.invoices for accuracy and completeness, and forward them to the finance team for processing and payment.the RFP/RFQ process for IT procurement projects, including vendor selection, proposal evaluation, and contract negotiation.and execute technology refresh initiatives to ensure that the company's IT infrastructure remains up-to-date and aligned with business needs.Qualifications:degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.experience as an IT procurement manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT procurement or supply chain management.knowledge of IT hardware, software, and services procurement processes, including sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management.analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex procurement issues and develop creative solutions.negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and integrity.Job Location - Mumbai (Maharashtra) & Chennai (Tamil Nadu) PRB
