Supporting our clients on multiple projects on research and Analytics related to Leveraged and Acquisition Finance i. Supporting our clients on multiple projects on Research and Analytics related to Leveraged and Acquisition Finance ii. This job requires working closely with clients developing investment memorandum, credit memos and detailed cash flow models. iii. Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support potential deals. iv. Building detailed financial model for the company including historical operating & financial metrics projections with detailed revenue drivers and cost assumptions, capital structure analysis, de-leveraging potential based on forecasted free cash flows.v. Having an understanding of Term sheets, understanding of covenants, etc. would be helpful Key Tasks outlined: vi. Cash flow modelling:
