Position Overview: We are searching for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Talent Management Executive to spearhead our organizational development efforts and elevate our performance management processes. If you are enthusiastic about cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and talent development, we invite you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Organizational Development:Develop an organizational structure and define Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for departments and roles to ensure alignment with company goals.Design and implement policies and processes to streamline talent management practices and promote organizational effectiveness.Identify skills gaps within the workforce and devise strategies to develop and retain talent.Build individual career paths and nurture emerging leaders within the organization.Design a framework for succession planning to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of leadership.Performance Management:Lead the performance management system across the company to achieve departmental and organizational goals.Design a process for consistent periodic review and feedback to enhance employee performance and engagement.Oversee the annual process of employee compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness and fairness.Qualifications:6 to 8 years experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR functions.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Strong understanding of HR principles, performance evaluation methodologies, and best practices.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions.Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software applications.
