Visit and know more about us - www.marlabs.com.What will help you do the job well:Must have, 5+ years' experienceWindows troubleshooting, server builds/configurationsVMWare - ability to deploy, troubleshoot, allocate storage, migrate servers, Data Center knowledge - troubleshooting connectivity, rack, and stackDNS - manage entries, updates, and changes.Active Directory - knowing how to use Groups (Security/person) for access management, OU structure, GPO creating and deployment.We would love it if you had:Level II - Need 3 of the below.Rubrik - perform backupsStorage - NFS/SAN/DFS, ability to allocate storage to VMware data stores. Certificate management - obtain new certificates, creating private key files for installation, renewing certificate.AzureServiceNowFTP/SFTP - creating sites, allocating users.Level III - Specialized (Good to have, but not mandatory)Exchange/O365SCCMCitrix/RDS/RDA/VDIVMWare Architecture - SRM, Cluster management, Licensing, ESXi building and management.Architecture - Hardware knowledge, UCS PRB
