We are seeking an entrepreneurial, strategic, customer centric, and team oriented Sales leader. The position requires a high level of understanding of the interrelationships of multiple customer departments and committees with potential and existing customers. A high level of negotiating and solution selling skills is required coupled with strong leadership capabilities.
What You Will Do:Achieve and manage sales quotas forOntario, Quebec and Eastern Canada
Work with sales leadership and business managers to develop a comprehensivebusiness plan to ensure budget attainment
Work with Business managers to formulate an effective customer call strategy to maximize opportunities in each territory
Utilize pipeline management to ensure sales plans are met and all opportunitiesare recorded inSalesforce.com
Utilization of Salesforce CRM, including but not limited to, opportunity tracking and revenue forecasting
Constantlyreview all sales activities, targets, and strategies in order to maximizeresults
Ensure customer needs are effectively met and build productive customer and GPO relationships
Be accountable for customer satisfaction for all current and future accounts
Review sales planning, sales strategies, territorial coverage, and budgetingprocesses for all business managers
Produce monthly, quarterly, and yearly analysis for Canadian Senior Leadershipteam
Develop tactics and strategies to create long-term commitments with key currentand potential customers
Attend all sales and product related meetings
Active member of Sales Leadership team
Skillfully manage contract negotiations - utilizing knowledge of market rates to attain new business while ensuring acceptable margin achievement
Collect and analyze sales data and trends to develop strategic go to market initiatives
Candidate Profile:BS, BA Four Year Degree preferred
Minimum of 5years' experienceselling to medical professionals and hospitals
Minimum of 2 years managing an effective sales team
Must be able to professionally present the features, advantages, and clinical benefits of all our products and services and to compare their performance with competitive products
Solution basedselling experience
