***THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE***Our client, a multibrand dealership, is seeking diverse and ambitious team member. This position is well-suited for either a Diagnostics Technician aspiring for a more senior role or a Workshop Foreman seeking more bench time. Responsibilities include maintenance, major and minor repairs, diagnostics, modifications, fitting accessories, and ensuring effective and efficient production within the workshop. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring the workshop achieves first-time fixes, and maintaining accurate reporting standards.It is ESSENTIAL that you have at least 5 years of post-qualification working experience, with an extensive diagnostic background, with some supervisory experience, are current with new and slighter older vehicle technology, have high energy levels and enthusiasm and can maintain the highest level of service and expertise.Job RequirementsMotor Mechanics Certificate (Fully Qualified)A valid Drivers License and own transportAt least 5 years of RECENT Motor Vehicle Technician experience, with some supervisory experience in a franchised dealershipExtensive Diagnostic experienceA solid track recordA stable and gapless work historyContactable referencesYou will need the following documents when applying; A FULL CV in Word or PDF format - Must include Company Names, Dates of Employment and Reasons for Leaving.Qualification Certificates (Motor Mechanics)A recent photograph of yourselfCopy of Drivers License3 months of commission sheets/payslipsNames and contact numbers for at least 2 References Astor Automotive Staff T/A Astor Motor Recruitment
