Management Couple

Candidate Requirements:Previous experience working in a luxury lodgeA couple where 1 person has guiding experience would be preferredMust have at least 4 years of experience in an assistant lodge management positionMust be very strong in administrationHave experience in managing a team Must have strong managerial capabilitiesPositive attitude and approach toward teamworkHands-on approach toward guest experienceAbility to take initiative and problem-solvingHave a strong eye for detail with regard to all lodge rooms, service & foodMust have strong leadership and communication skills verbal and writtenThis position is for a Brand New lodge that will be opening soon - the ideal candidate for this position would be plant-based as the lodge will be focusing on holistic wellness, and serving plant-based meals. Couples where one partner has experience working in Maintenance or Wellness (Yoga) would also be considered. This position is family friendly and will be able to accomodate couples with children.
