Job details
Key Responsibilities:Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks and responsibilities.Prepare agendas and documentation for meetings.Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of executives.Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.Prioritization skills.Understand time zones and different regions.Minute taking.Strong understanding of an executive office.Good writing skills.Previous Global Experience Advantageous.Requirements:Proven experience as an executive assistant, scheduler, or in a similar role.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Bachelor's degree preferred.If you are a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for supporting executives, we'd love to hear from you.
