Duties:Manage executives' calendar and schedule appointmentsCoordinate travel arrangements and accommodationsPrepare and organize meetings, including agendas and materialsTake accurate and comprehensive notes at meetingsHandle correspondence and communicationPerform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keepingConduct research and compile information as neededLiaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholdersAssist with errands and tasks as requiredMaintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive informationPrioritize and manage multiple tasks efficientlyQualification and Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceProven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteDiscretion and confidentialityAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAttention to detail and accuracyIf you are a motivated individual with the necessary qualifications and experience, we invite you to submit your CV.
