Duties:Process orders and quotesManage (and resolve) issues as rapidly and as accurately as is possibleFielding calls and emails direct from clients and processing these ordersProcessing issues of varying complexity (from delivery inquiries through to error resolution)Participate in short daily WIP meetingsCreate and close cases in CRM or appropriate ERP solutionEnter details into CRMGenerate case or order acknowledgementInside Sales will route customer-service issues and orders to you for processingYou will transfer inquiries to Inside Sales when the customer is unsure of their requirements ( i.e. they don't have a list of required SKU's ) Thank you for applying with RareCruit!Follow us on social media for the latest jobs, trends and market insight:Website:
