Candidate Requirements:Minimum of at least 2-3 years of previous experience as a CDP in a luxury lodge environmentPrevious experience working in a Plant-based kitchen would be highly beneficialPassionate about creating and serving exceptional Plant-based mealsKnowledge about flavors, plating, and trying new recipesMust have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a teamCommunicate well with staff and guests alikeMust be punctual and self-disciplinedMust have excellent attention to detailMust be eager to grow their careerThis position is for a Brand New lodge that will be opening soon - the ideal candidate for this position would be plant-based as the lodge will be focusing on holistic wellness, and serving plant-based meals.
