Candidate Requirements:Grade 12Must have a tertiary qualification in Hospitality/Tourism or related fieldMinimum of 3 years restaurant management experience working in luxury hotels/lodgesMust be fluent in Afrikaans and EnglishMust be able to work weekends/evenings as well as public holidays (hospitality hours)Must have a valid drivers licence and own transport (essential)Be able to manage the standards, service, quality and efficiency of the RestaurantBe able to liase between FOH and BOH where neededMust have knowledge of equipment maintenance, stock control and inventory controlMust be have sound staff management abilities and be able to motivate and mentor diverse teamsMust be guest-centric and will do anything to go above and beyond to exceed guests expectationsMust be able to perform well under pressureMust be fully computer literateBe proactive, problem-solving, and quick at making sound decisionsPositive attitude, Self-motivated, Confident, Hands-on, pro-active approach, Team player
