Driver / General Assistant

Requirement. MatricCode 8 license2 to 3 years of experience in delivering and general assistant.Job duties Driver Responsibilities:Transportation: Safely operate a vehicle to transport passengers or goods to designated locations.Route Planning: Plan the most efficient routes to reach destinations on time, considering factors such as traffic and weather conditions.Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the vehicle is in good working condition by performing routine maintenance checks, such as checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and brakes.Safety: Adhere to traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers, pedestrians, and other road users.Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service to passengers, including assisting with loading and unloading luggage or goods and helping passengers with disabilities as needed.Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance activities.General Assistant Responsibilities:Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing documents.Organization: Help organize and maintain workspaces, storage areas, and inventory.Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform cleaning duties to ensure that work areas are tidy and organized. This may include tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.Assistance: Provide assistance to other staff members as needed, such as helping with lifting heavy objects or moving furniture.Errands: Run errands such as picking up supplies, delivering packages, or dropping off mail.Event Support: Assist with setting up and dismantling equipment for events or meetings.Customer Service: Interact with customers or clients in a polite and professional manner, providing assistance or information as needed.Salary R12 000
