Our range of services in North America includes project management and business analysis specializing in long-term Strategic and short-term Tactical Advisory Services, Automation through RPA & AI, Regulatory & Compliance, Energy, Finance, Accounting, Operational & Market Risk Management and Governance & Control Environments.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a senior business analyst consultant to join our Toronto team and work on one of our capital markets projects, the BA will work in close partnership with ambitious business stakeholders and technology teams on a broad range of initiatives varying in risk, size and complexity.Working with Product Owner to create/update/refine User Stories· Gathering and clarifying business requirements with business stakeholdersUsing monitoring tools to manage applications and respond to business/technical alerts raisedKeeping abreast of latest changes in Capital Markets Regulatory Reporting domainParticipating in Scrum ceremonies such as Daily scrum, Planning, Review etc.Escalate trade reporting issues to Senior Management and Compliance as deemed necessaryEffectively communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders and business partners using a variety of techniques and collaboration from initiation to closeSupports the interpretation of internal and external policies and regulatory requirements relevant to the analytics.Supports development and execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst anddelivering business requirements for G20 regulations including trade reportingDetailed understanding ofCFTC, SEC, or Canada (CSA) regulatory trade reporting.In depth understanding of G20 regulations including trade reporting.Global trade repository (DTCC , UnaVista) specifications is a must.Incumbent must be creative and result oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent documentation, interpersonal and communication skillsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Sia Partners is an equal opportunity employer.
