This is a one-year contract performed on a full-time basis in Ottawa. A hybrid work schedule will be at the discretion of the client.About youTo succeed in this role, you'll need:2+ years of experience providing administrative and technical support to a project teamDegree in project management, business/administration, or relatedProficiency using Microsoft Publisher, Excel, and Outlook (mail merge)Demonstratable experience providing data entry, maintenance, and quality assuranceSkilled in quantitative analysis with SPSSStrong written and oral communication skills in EnglishTo be a Canadian citizen who has or is able to acquire a Reliability-level security clearanceAbout the roleIf hired, you will:Provide clerical and technical support to the project team.Prepare and distribute survey administration documentation.Coordinate study invitations and manage correspondence.Utilize software to prepare graphs, charts, and tables for reports and presentations.Perform quantitative and qualitative data entry, merging, and basic analysis.
