Business Systems Consultant (BSA) - Salesforce CRM AnalyticsApex Systems is a global IT services provider and our consulting practice has an opening for a Salesforce CRM Business Systems Analyst Consultant who will be responsible for delivering end-to-end project implementation and act as a subject matter expert in solutions on Salesforce's Financial Services Cloud and CRM Analytics for a Top Five Bank.Client: Big 5 BankLocation: Hybrid; 1 day a week in Toronto (Thursdays)Terms: 6 Month Contract, Strong possibility of extension or converting fulltime based on project budget & candidate performance.Hours: 37.5 hours/week Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pmProject: Integrating Salesforce CRM AnalyticsMust Have:Technical Business System Analyst (BSA) experience with creating the following documentaitons: BRD/FRD, SRS/SRD, Story Board, User Story, System Mapping, etcMust sit on the Technology SideExperience with CRM Analytics or CRM-A. Previous experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics or Saleforce Tableau is highly desiredLead a team in the pastPreferred = Financial Service Cloud (FSC)What You'll Be DoingYou'll lead complex projects to design strategic solutions aligned to the enterprise architecture roadmap. As a Business Systems Consultant, you'll support end-to-end project implementation and act as a subject matter expert in both business and technology. You'll ideate and collaborate with a diverse team to create and build flexible, innovative solutions that deliver a best-in-class client experience.Understanding and Documenting Requirements -· Work closely with business partners to gather complex business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions to ensure you meet project needs. Build strong relationships, lead discussions, listen and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirements.Solution Design· Build client-focused solutions that meet business requirements. Prepare and validate solution design documents around areas such as scope clarification, solution requirements, and quality assurance.Leading and Mentoring· Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert, and provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals. Maintain a collaborative work environment and support team members to resolve organizational, operational, and process problems.Requirements:Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce CRM platform3 - 5 years working as a Business Systems Analyst with proven experience in agile delivery, in the area of requirements management on large and complex projectsExperience with CRM Analytics and Financial Service Cloud.Combination of traditional business analysis skills with agile analysis skills, and the ability to identify the need for and use techniques from either skillset (system context diagrams, use cases, storyboards, relative estimation)Experience in requirements planning and prioritization including stakeholder analysis and effort estimationRequirement elicitation techniques such as Data Analysis, Document Analysis, Interviews, Facilitated Workshops, Observation, Prototyping, Focus Groups, SurveysRequirements management and communication - requirements walkthroughs; scope and change management; traceability; configuration management, backlog management & prioritizationNice-to-haveExperience working in Scrum environmentsSalesforce Administrator certificationCritical Thinking and Design Thinking skills with experience in User Centered Design EEO Employer Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
