IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:Guide employees and customers on how to use Teltonika Telematics devices and solutions (consult, provide training);Solve technical issues and look for ways to reduce them;Prepare technical documentation and technical tasks;Assess customer needs for new features, raise proposals for their implementation and supervise the implementation process;Participate in direct communication with clients to answer technical questions through conference calls and visitsPerform quality assurance tasks before providing the solution to a customer WE BELIEVE THAT YOU:We hope you are responsible, demonstrate logical thinking, are interested in technology, and enjoy working in a team!Technical education (Electronic/Mechanical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Automotive Engineering);Basics of telecommunication systems and IOT technologies: 2G, 3G, 4G, Bluetooth, ability to explain GNSS technology fundamentals;Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems;Good communication skills;Capability to prepare technical documentation;Knowledge of software, operating systems, server operation and programming languages (C, C++, C#, Java, Python) essentials;Experience working with IoT solutions (1-Wire, RS-232/RS-485, Modbus, MQTT, TLS, CAN automobile, OBD automobile) and secure Cloud-based systems (AWS, Azure) would be an advantage;Hands-on technical experience working with Telematics solutions for at least 1 year is a significant asset OUR OFFER:Work type: On-site during probation (3 months), hybrid afterwards; Office: 20 Dundas St W, Downtown TorontoCompensation: Attractive compensation package with real potential to develop career opportunities in IoT industry.
