For those passionate about the real estate sector and adept at managing a wide array of administrative tasks, this position promises substantial opportunities for career progression, including stepping into leadership roles.Role Summary:The Real Estate & Personal Executive Assistant will have a dual focus: supporting our real estate operations through meticulous administrative work and directly assisting our Team Leader to manage their professional and personal agendas. This role is suited for individuals who are exceptionally organized, proactive, and capable of navigating the fast-paced nature of the real estate industry, all while maintaining a high level of discretion and efficiency in personal executive assistance.Key Responsibilities:Arrange, book, and confirm showings, including efficient route planning and schedule management for the agent and client.Manage the Team Leader's email by maintaining an organized inbox, drafting correspondence, and ensuring timely follow-ups.Prepare offers, oversee fulfillment of contract conditions, and ensure all transaction-related paperwork is accurately completed and submitted promptly.Coordinate listings, including scheduling photographers, painters, stagers, and managing the creation and distribution of marketing materials.Personal Executive Assistance:Ensure the Team Leader is well-prepared and timely for all engagements.Assist in managing the Team Leader's personal appointments and commitments to facilitate a balanced and efficient professional and personal life.Qualifications:Proven experience in real estate administration, with a strong preference for individuals familiar with the RE/MAX operational framework.Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.Benefits:Competitive salary range ($18.00 - $30.00 per hour), commensurate with experience.Automobile allowance.Flexible working schedule.On-site parking available.Reply to us to set up a convenient time to stop by the office.
