Duties and Responsibilities:- Process cheque deposits and credit card payments;- Manage the Wills and Estates vault and e-file, and all overflow work;- Certify cheques when required;- Maintain database for accounting records;- Manage all conflict checks and oversee the VISA transactions and reconcile; - Handle monthly bank reconciliations for trust & general accounts;- Prepare pre-bills and final client accounts; and- Additional tasks as required. Requirements:- 4+years of Accounting experience in a law firm;- Accounting-related diploma or degree;- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel,- Team player attitude and good communication skills.
