Summary:We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in planning, designing, developing, and implementing efficient business and operations systems to support core organizational functions and business processes. Job Responsibilities:Coordinate and execute implementation plans for new medium to highly complex applications and maintenance updates.Collaborate with business users to coordinate testing and validation processes.Develop modules, support data conversion, schedule jobs, conduct unit/integration testing, document business processes, create training materials, and deliver end-user training.Evaluate service requests to ensure adherence to standards and processes, identifying inconsistencies, analyzing potential impacts, and taking appropriate action.Gather requirements, design, configure, code, test, and resolve issues in both development and production support environments.Identify and resolve medium to highly complex production problems, determining root causes and defining actions to prevent recurrence.Monitor and analyze supported services to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.Prepare detailed functional specifications for custom reports, enhancements, interfaces, conversions, and forms.Translate business requirements into configurations and interface specifications. Must-Have Requirements:2+ years of experience with Azure5+ years of experience with SQL2+ years of experience with PowerShell2+ years of experience with Jira and ConfluenceAzure certification (AZ-900/901) Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience with AutosysProficiency in PythonFamiliarity with ServiceNowKnowledge of Power Automation Soft Skills:Team player with a collaborative mindsetStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenDemonstrated leadership capabilitiesAbility to work independently while also contributing effectively to team efforts Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred Banking
