About the roleAs Equipment Service Sales Coordinator at PACKPRO, your main objectives are to ensure excellent customer service, timely scheduling of service calls and pro-active communication with the service technicians. You act as a liaison between customers and service technicians, provide service information and book service calls with accuracy, efficiency, and patience. This is an on-site role located in Uxbridge, Ontario.Responsibilities• Build strong relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication• Receive customer service requests and act on them as per direction provided• Ensure accuracy of service quotes and customer purchase orders• Collaborate with the service team to book service calls and record follow-up items• Maintain Service Calendar and shared folder with equipment information• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools• Support sales team by preparing equipment quotes and other service-related documents• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing tasks and projects on time and accurately• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policiesQualifications and Skills• Passion for customer service excellence and team work• Ability to deal with technical information related to packaging equipment• Strong communication, interpersonal and active listening skills• Highly organized with attention to detail• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively to complete tasks on time• Good problem-solving skills; technical aptitude• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel), Business Management Systems • University or College Degree and bilingual skills are an asset• Interest in learning different aspects of PACKPRO businessAbout usAt PACKPRO, now part of the Bunzl group of companies, we help customers improve packaging productivity and reduce environmental impact.
