The Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating service activities, maintaining effective communication with customers and internal teams, managing operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Service Coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery and resolving any customer issues that arise.QualificationsService Coordination, Operations Management, and Customer Service skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsExperience working in a similar roleTechnical background or familiarity with machinery alignment or industrial maintenance is a plus mechanical or industrial engineering
