The Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority's Customer Relations Branch is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual with a customer-centric mindset to join its team as a permanent full-time Special Order CoordinatorReporting to the Manager, Specialty Products, the Special Order Coordinator is responsible for working for numerous external groups; national and international suppliers and agents; several national supply warehouses and internal SLGA business areas in order to provide timely special order service to our Retail Store Permittees.Core Competencies (Job Family - Business Support) Accountability (Level A) - Takes responsibility for one's own actions, behaviours and commitments Communication (Level A) - Clearly presents and receives information Customer Service Excellence (Level B) - Anticipates problems and resolves issues Adaptability (Level A) - Responds positively to changing needs and conditions Teamwork (Level A) - Participates in team or group activities Job DutiesResearch and source special order products for customersProvide excellent customer service when dealing with external and internal customers, including suppliers, agents, Retail Store Permittees, and private wine clubs Create and issue special liquor sales orders, purchase orders and update as required including quantity and product changes, monitoring outgoing orders to ensure the distribution centre has successfully received and processed customers ordersHandle inquiries and complaints and resolve issues both verbally and through emailsRequired Skills and QualificationsKnowledge of beverage alcohol products in order to provide information to customersKnowledge of pricing in order to accurately estimate and calculate retail pricing on special orders Knowledge of general accounting principles and the ability to perform mathematical calculations accurately and efficientlyKeyboard 35 net words per minute Knowledge of Microsoft programs (excel, word, outlook)Ability to input, edit, retrieve, maintain, and format data using computer software accurately and efficientlyAbility to deescalate irate customers using excellent communications skillsWorking ConditionsOffice environmentsettingOn-site Government Administration
