Location of Work: Remote but must be able to work in accordance with MST time zone Job Type: Permanent Full Time Language: English Full job description We are seeking a team-oriented, talented, and experienced D365 Business Central Technical Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and development services for our clients using Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will work closely with our account managers and clients to understand their business requirements and collaborate on solutions that meet their needs. Responsibilities Triage and manage customer support requests. Provide technical support to clients using Dynamics 365 Business Central, including troubleshooting issues, resolving technical problems, and providing guidance on best practices. Diagnose problems and provide appropriate solutions within defined service level agreements (SLAs). Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to D365 Business Central modules and Power Platform functionalities, configurations, and integrations. Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, identify pain points, and suggest improvements or workarounds. Document and track development specifications and resolutions comprehensively and accurately. Work closely with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes. Coordinate with third-party vendors, such as software developers and system integrators, to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues. Design and implement D365 Business Central solutions according to business requirements. Develop customizations, extensions, and integrations for Dynamics 365 Business Central. Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of customizations and integrations. Provide training and documentation to clients on how to use new features and functionalities. Stay up to date with the latest releases, updates, and features of Microsoft D365 Business Central and related technologies. Your Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience developing customizations and integrations for Dynamics 365 Business Central. Proficiency in C/AL language, .Net, and Visual Studio Code for developing customizations and extensions. Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and third-party vendors. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer Associate certification (preferred). Experience in Python programming is a plus.
