Your team's dynamic: The Regional Sales Director (RSD) will be managing sales region strategy in order to achieve the objective, increase revenues and ensure regular communication with the corporate office in Montreal, Canada.This position would ideally travel up to 60% of the time.What your day will look like:Develop the sales territory for the public sectorVisit Customers/partners/consultants at their premisesManage forecasts and achieve objectivesTrack and report competitive issuesUpdate and maintain data in CRM or other applicationsAcquire, maintain and report adequate knowledge of product, market and competitionStay abreast of the products, applications, technical service, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical servicesAssist Marketing with local or national initiativesResponsible for the commercial strategy of channels and relationship with the market; Between customers and technology partnersEstablishment, monitoring and execution of internal goals and Business Forecast by period (Quarterly, Monthly, Annual)Management, direction, and improvement of the Vertical sales team, as well as project monitoring in order to articulate the strategy per project focused on resultsAlignment of strategies by operational verticals as well as identification of new businesses and the possibility of development in the short, medium and long termInternal approvals for account opening, prices and deliberation of the global strategy for commercial operationsAssist in contact and relationship with the market in creating relationships of trust between directors of other companiesEnsure the implementation of the channel policy and project registration, as well as seek the structuring of work and maintenance of policies and processes autonomouslyTake on sales manager assignments if they are unavailable or not on target to carry them outTravel up to 60% More about you: Must have 8+ years experience in security industry or technology industryBachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communication, Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experienceExperience in the security industry with ability to maintain contacts at different levels Excellent presentation skills and a strong closerAbility to work in a complex sales environment Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with customers, integrators, consultants Must have strong time management skills Proven sales achievement / track record Technical requirements: Ability to work in a complex sales environmentExcellent communication skillsExperience in the security industry with ability to maintain contacts at different levelsMust have strong time management skills and be a multitaskerAbility to establish good relationships and credibility with customers, integrators, consultantsAble to work independently within a team environment Let's talk perks!Attractive compensation packageTraining Tuition Reimbursement ProgramWork-life balance with a flexible working schedule Still not sure if you check every box, but think it's worth a shot?
