Job Description:Client is seeking an experienced Windows End-Point Deployment Analyst. This role involves more complex work related to the design, implementation, and management of Windows enterprise desktop environments. This role is responsible for creating standardized desktop images; developing and implementing patch management and application deployment strategies; and ensuring that desktop environments are stable, secure, and up to date. The role is also responsible for Active Directory Group Policy design, and network and security configuration for the desktop environment. Submitted resources MUST have minimum eight (8) years experience desktop engineering or a relatedfield supporting a large scale (1000+ endpoints), mission critical enterprise in a 24x7 operatingenvironment or equivalent to be consideredTypical activities in this role include but are not limited to:1. Management and Administration of SCCM/MECM Environment.2. Advanced experience in creating and maintaining standardized Windows images (DesiredConfiguration Management).3. Windows Application Packaging & Task Sequences, Windows Installer, MSI, and MSIX.4. Expertise in Microsoft SQL scripting, queries, and reporting.5. Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and PowerShell scripting.6. Managing Microsoft Updates with SCCM (Patch Tuesday).7. Advanced experience in Active Directory Group Policy design, configuration, and management.8. Desktop and Laptop Computer Hardware Configuration, Troubleshooting, and Repair.9. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.Ideally the resource will have:1. Proven competency in Computer Support (Tier 2)2. Proven competency in CompTIA A+3. Strong knowledge of network troubleshooting Ethernet and IP configuration4. Experience with Lenovo Desktops & Notebooks5. Experience with Panasonic Ruggedized Toughbook's for field workers.
