The Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients regarding all aspects of their hormone treatments. This includes communicating with patients in regards to inquiries and concerns, problem solving and the ability to multitask. This role also involves ensuring patient satisfaction and patient centred care.QualificationsStrong customer service and phone etiquette skillsExperience in customer support and customer experience preferredExcellent communication skills, in English and French both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate information effectivelyStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, including basic coding (VBA or macros) and pivotingExperience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI, to create insightful reports and dashboardsCertification in Excel or Power BI is a plusExperience in the healthcare or pharmacy industry is a plusBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Wellness and Fitness Services
