Serving companies and candidates across Canada for both permanent and temporary positions for over 25 years, Expertech is currently looking for a Part-time Remote Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team.This is a permanent position, with a flexible part-time schedule based on your availability with exciting benefits!Responsibilities:Working closely with clients to understand their recruitment and staffing needs.Developing and implementing a sourcing and recruiting strategy based on those needs and requirements.Sourcing and searching for talented candidates using a multitude of on-line sources.Leveraging Artificial Intelligence and resume mining technologies to find the right candidates.Present qualified candidates to clients and provide talent market insight.Assist in all steps from interview scheduling to offer presentation to successfully fill the client's position.Maintain an active network of professional candidates.Qualifications:College or Bachelor's degree preferred.3 or more years of experience in business administration, customer service or a similar public-facing position.Ability to manage your own time and self-driven.Bilingualism in English and French a definite assetRefer a friend and get up to $1500!About ExperTech:Connecting talent with employers of choice for over 25 years, ExperTech is a leading staffing and recruiting firm.
