In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to individuals, businesses, and community groups to generate donations for our fundraising campaigns. Your primary objective will be to inspire generosity and support for our cause, whether it's aiding local charities, environmental initiatives, or humanitarian efforts.Responsibilities:Conduct door-to-door/high-traffic location canvassing in designated neighbourhoods/locations to engage and secure donations.Engage with potential donors in a friendly and persuasive manner, effectively communicating the importance of our cause.Utilize provided scripts and materials to articulate our organization's mission and fundraising goals.Maintain accurate records of donor interactions, donations received, and follow-up actions required.Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance fundraising skills and techniques.Represent our organization professionally and ethically at all times.Qualifications:Secondary School Diploma or equivalent.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Confidence and enthusiasm for engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong resilience and persistence in the face of rejection.Previous experience in sales, fundraising, or customer service is a plus but not required.Compensation: This is a commission-based position, offering competitive rates based on the donations secured. The more donations you generate, the higher your earnings potential.
