As a Beauty Advisor, your day-to-day tasks will include utilizing your cosmetology knowledge and product expertise to provide excellent customer service, retail sales support, and skincare advice to customers. QualificationsProven track record of effective selling skills and ability to drive commercial outcomes.Knowledge of skincare, hair care, makeup, and fragrance categories.Retail Sales experienceStrong communication, problem solving, commercial acumen, and merchandising skills.Candidates must have flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Ability to work well in a teamPrevious experience in the beauty industry is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalentPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail space.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
