The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling various administrative tasks, including invoicing, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and providing exceptional customer service. Experience with QuickBooks is considered an asset for this role.Wage is determined on the basis of experience and skill set.Responsibilities:-           Process invoices and ensure timely payments-           Manage payroll tasks, including timekeeping and processing paychecks-           Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable duties-           Provide excellent customer service to clients, both in person and over the phone-           Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner-           Occasionally go to the bank or other locations to support with pickups and deliveries-           Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and requests-           Maintain accurate records and files-           Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations-           Maintain a clean front office-           Other duties that may arise:Requirements:-           Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role-           Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite-           Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred-           Strong organizational and multitasking skills-           Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities-           Ability to work independently with minimal supervision-           Detail-orientated with a focus on accuracy-           High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus Consumer Goods
