If you are looking for a new challenge, and have a great interest in technology, we want to hear from you!What are the perks: Pension plan!Great benefit package!Great work-life balance!The Senior Manager, Business Application Services will be responsible for:Lead the development, implementation, and enhancement of the data platform, ensuring it scales, adapts, and aligns with organizational goals.Plan, design, and oversee the implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics architecture.Guide architecture sizing and scaling efforts, including proposing solutions.Manage the implementation and day-to-day operation of BI/Analytics solutions.Conduct cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed solutions to aid management in decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grasp business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient data solutions.Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to uphold data integrity, security, and compliance.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost the performance, reliability, and usability of the data platform.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.The required qualifications for the Senior Manager, Business Application Services are: Proven track record in managing, planning, developing, deploying, implementing, and supporting enterprise-wide systems and applications.Demonstrated experience in leading data platform initiatives from initial concept to successful implementation.Strong background in systems architecture and design, with a focus on scalability and efficiency.Hands-on experience with software integration technologies such as Azure Integration Services, BizTalk, or similar platforms.Proficient in Microsoft Azure Data platform-related technologies.Skilled in systems analysis, data administration, and software engineering.Experience in budget administration, including cost estimation, allocation, and tracking for IT projects and initiatives.Proven ability to develop and manage IT contracts and consulting services, ensuring effective vendor management and service delivery.Familiarity with Agile and Project Management Frameworks, including product management principles.Expertise in data, analytics, or BI architecture, including designing data-driven applications or solutions to meet business needs.Knowledgeable about big data technologies and frameworks, data architecture, data modeling, and database design principles.Proficiency in data engineering concepts and technologies, encompassing data warehousing, ETL, data modeling, and data integration techniques.Summary:If you are looking for a new challenge, professional growth and have a great interest in technology, please reach out to us today!
