Our goal is to improve user experience, reduce wait times, and optimize resource utilization through streamlining queue management processes with data driven insights.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a volunteer AI Engineer to join our remote team at Queup. In this role, you will be integral to developing and implementing machine learning models that power innovative solutions. Your work will involve:Preparing, processing, and managing datasets to train and deploy scalable machine learning models.Collaborating closely with both product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into our application.Experimenting with advanced AI methodologies and adapting traditional machine learning techniques to enhance our systems such as Large Agent Models (LAMs).Driving innovation by testing new approaches and technologies in AI, contributing directly to project outcomes.QualificationsStrong background in Computer Science, Mathematics, and/or Statistics.Demonstrated experience in training neural networks and fine-tuning machine learning models.Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI development, such as Python or R.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to produce actionable insights from complex data sets.Proven ability to work independently and effectively as part of a distributed team.Exceptional communication skills, with a track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.You're passionate about solving interesting problems with interesting people!
