Senior Collections Specialist

Our client, in the elevator service industry is looking for a Senior Collections Specialist to join their team. This role is hybrid with 4 days a week in office located in Scarborough.Reporting to the National Credit & Collections Manager, the Senior Collection Specialist is responsible for performing customer interactions and follow-ups that ensure payments are received as per the established terms and in accordance with the Cash Collection and Aging Targets.Requirements3 + years of collection experienceWorking Knowledge of Microsoft Office, intermediate Microsoft Excel SkillsPrevious experience in Construction industry would be an assetStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work effectivelyAbility to take initiative and work proactivelyAbility to negotiate in tactful and diplomatic manner using superior oral and written communication skillsDeadline and performance drivenDetail oriented, efficient and accurateIf you are already registered with The Mason Group, please contact your Recruiting Consultant directly with reference to job #18778.
