We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join the team as a Marketing Manager and Events Coordinator.Job Description: As the Marketing Manager and Events Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance the firm's brand awareness and reputation. You will also be responsible for organizing both external and internal events, ranging from client seminars and conferences to staff training sessions and social gatherings. Additionally, you will provide support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as needed.Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the firm's leadership team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the firm's goals and objectives. This includes overseeing digital marketing campaigns, content creation, website management, and social media engagement.Brand Management: Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials, communications, and platforms. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.Event Planning and Execution: Plan, organize, and coordinate a variety of external and internal events, such as client appreciation events, networking receptions, industry conferences, and staff retreats. Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, vendor management, guest list coordination, and on-site supervision.Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders through personalized communication, engagement initiatives, and targeted marketing efforts. Develop and maintain a database of client contacts and preferences to facilitate effective client outreach and retention.Staff Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities for staff members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and productivity. Collaborate with department heads and external trainers to identify training needs and deliver relevant programs.Financial Support: Provide administrative and analytical support to the CFO in various financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, and reporting. Assist with financial analysis, data management, and project coordination as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, event planning, and/or project management, within the legal industry.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software and analytics tools.Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for event coordination.How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and cover letter to Ben@Cartelinc.com.
